The Lost Cat
Anna has a cat. The cat's name is Bella. Bella is small and has white fur. Anna loves Bella very much.
One day, Bella runs out of the house. Anna looks for Bella everywhere. She looks in the garden. She looks on the street. She even asks her neighbors, "Have you seen my cat?" But nobody has seen Bella.
Anna is very sad. She sits on the porch and cries. Suddenly, she hears a noise. "Meow!" It is Bella! Bella is behind the bushes. Anna is so happy. She hugs Bella and takes her back inside the house.
From that day on, Anna always makes sure the door is closed, so Bella cannot run away again.
